I had a wonderful experience! the rooftop terrace was a major highlight. I enjoyed complimentary coffee there while taking in the views. the room featured a modern design with a comfortable bed, also the shower offered great water pressure and temperature. i especially appreciated the water refill stations on each floor, a great touch for sustainability.

The icon parking partnership advertised on the website caused confusion. I experienced overcharges and discrepancies in rates! the front desk staff, while friendly, couldn't resolve the parking issue directly, slightly frustrating.

the location felt so central. i was just minutes from grand central station! the room included a mini booth seating area and a small table. i found a lovely common area on the 27th floor with complimentary tea, coffee, and sparkling water. there were seating areas and an outdoor patio, too!

the tv in my room did not work. the room was never cleaned during my four-day stay, which wasn't ideal! i needed to request fresh towels. i also constantly requested more coffee capsules and milk.

The parking situation was quite misleading. The hotel website advertised a rate for a nearby parking garage, but I was charged a higher price. The front desk staff could not resolve the discrepancy and did not follow up as promised! there was no in-room safe. I had items taken from my shared storage space.
